patrickJ. Patrick Brumfield, PT, was born and raised in Baton Rouge, La. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1994. Patrick founded St. Francis Rehab in 1997 and has maintained his commitment to offering the most innovative therapy services within the industry to the residents of St. Francisville and surrounding Feliciana Parish communities. He has served as the Rehabilitation Department Manager of West Feliciana Parish Hospital since 1997 and played an integral role in the strategic planning, design and development of the recently expanded physical therapy annex. His 22 years of experience treating patients in a variety of settings has provided him the skills and expertise necessary to evaluate and treat a diverse patient population. His commitment to continuing education and procurement of the industry's latest equipment and technology ensures that your therapy experience at St. Francis Rehab delivered includes the latest advances in treatment techniques that the field has to offer.

He has been licensed by the Louisiana State Physical Therapy Board of Examiners since 1994 and is an active member in both the American and Louisiana Physical Therapy Associations. He has attended multiple continuing education seminars with the Saunders Spinal Group for evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the spine, upper, and lower extremities. He has attended multiple courses on total joint replacement rehabilitation protocol, sports medicine, and interventions for balance disorders. He has also undergone extensive training at the Aquatic Therapy University in Minneapolis, MN and is actively pursuing an Aquatic Therapy Specialty Certification through the APTA.

Away from work, Patrick enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with his wife, Burgundy, and their three daughters, Cana, Wren, and Lila. His hobbies include vegetable gardening, raising chickens, woodworking, and reading about World War II and Vietnam Military History.
